Returns Period
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. However some items are special order items and these cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. These items are individually marked with the caption "This is a special order item! No returns, exchanges or cancellations".
A 4% restocking fee will be charge if 2 or more items are returned.
FFO will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 21 days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
Postage is none refundable,if you do wish to send something back, please send your return via the Royal Mail, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement as FFO will not be held responsible for any losses in the mail during this time.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14days after receipt of an item if unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only-- no shipping charges are refunded. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to within 21 days to discuss a suitable resolution.
Shipping
All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability we will notify you by email, if your order is likely to take more than 3-4working days. Please note that some larger sizes, are ordered and will take anywhere from 7 -14 working days , however we will notify you of delivery date as soon as we have recieved your order.
Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown in one corner of the address label.
All deliveries will be made in accordance to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
Here at FFO our aspiration is to hold 100% in-stock availability. If we are out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order. The wait time for new supplies is usually two to three weeks, but it can occasionally be longer. On those rare occasions, you will be e-mailed with the option of continuing to wait or cancelling the order.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order.
