We are a successful family business that has been trading for the last few years. Although we are mainly web based, some of our services can be accessed via, galleries viewings fairs and expos. (contact us for further info)
Fully Figured Out, the place where you will find all your portrait needs. We hold a vast range of portraits of stars and pets that you will not find for sale anywhere else. All our portraits are authentic as they are done in house and most are done to order.
We also offer a more personal service, portraits of your favourite photographs, your pets and some landscape drawing.
We are fairly sure that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase, whether it be a print or commission, however in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your print, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund, providing you return it within 7 days of receipt.(This does not affect your statutory rights).
Please ensure any items are securely packaged to avoid damage and return explaining the reasons for return. Original artwork must be insured against loss or damage. A proof of posting should be obtained in all cases as you will be responsible for the return of the item until we have confirmed receipt.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) If you change your mind about your print order, you may cancel your payment within 7 days of receiving the print. The print should be securely packaged and returned undamaged. Please obtain proof of posting.
The consumer protection act does not cover personalised items such as portrait commissions. We therefore offer a cooling off period, you may cancel your commission request after seven days of placing the order, work will commence promptly following this period, therefore this will not be refunded.
